I have a 30x40 metal building with 25 ft high roof, and it took me about 3 hours to wash the inside walls and roof. I needed a ladder for the roof, as there isn't enough power to reach all the way.
While I recommend using soap to presoak, the soaping attachment is less than perfect. It pulls liquid out of the bottle at a higher rate but only sprays it 4 feet (no pressure). Would be better if you could soap with pressure.
Overall this unit feels quality. It has brass/plastic connections, all brass threads. Don't expect it strip all the paint off of your aluminum siding in 45 seconds, but for the price it's a pretty good deal.

I have purchased four electric presure washers before this one. Everyone has been poor quality except for this recent purchase.
I have used it to clean my boat and camper and have been very pleased so far.
I am not able to use a gas powered one at the storage location where I keep my "toys " which is why I keep buying the cheap electric ones.
By far this one looks and uses like I have finally found the one I will be able to use for a few years.

I recently purchased this Rockford pressure washer and I was very pleased with it's performance. I like the fact that it came with a soap dispensing bottle and was very easy to put together. It is convenient and easy to use. Product is durable and easy to maneuver. We use it for basic cleaning projects like removing mold from sidewalks and cleaning our fence.
